To ensure optimal performance, security, and support, all websites developed by Web Department will be hosted exclusively on our managed hosting environment.

3. Payment Terms
All fees — including project, hosting, or maintenance costs — are due as agreed upon in the project proposal or invoice.
Timely payment is essential to keep your services active.
- In the case of late or missed payments, we reserve the right to pause or temporarily disable the hosted website until outstanding balances are settled.
- You will always receive a reminder notice before any action is taken.

4. Account Responsibility
Agencies are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. You agree not to share your dashboard access with unauthorized individuals.
5. Ownership & Rights
You (the agency/client) fully own the websites and content we build once all payments are completed.
Web Department retains the right to host the project and use anonymized versions in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Service Termination
You may choose to stop working with us at any time. However, please note:
Offboarding a website from our hosting will require a handover process and may incur a migration fee.
We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party hosting environments unless tested by us.
7. Liability
While we take all reasonable measures to deliver reliable services, Web Department is not liable for indirect losses due to downtime, misuse, or third-party failures.
